At L’PHAY SKINCARE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. In the very unlikely event that an item you receive is damaged, faulty or incorrect. However, If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with a product you bought from us, please quote your name, order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. please contact our team at hello@lphayskincare.com.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns and refunds only for faulty products. We regret we cannot accept returns on used items, products that we reasonably believe have been used, sale items, gift cards, or for a change of mind. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please send a photo within 14 days of your purchase and we will be in contact to let you know if you are entitled to a replacement and provide instructions accordingly.
L'PHAY SKINCARE does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.
For all items returned via post, we recommend that you return and prepay via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. L'PHAY SKINCARE will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
What if I have changed my mind
Apologies, we don't offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind including a satisfaction guarantee as everyone's skin is different and therefore results may vary.
PLEASE NOTE
- Returned products must be received unopened/unused.
- All gift cards, on sale items, and bundles purchased on lphay.com are final sale.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Only products purchased on www.lphay.com may be returned. Items purchased from other stores or online stores are not eligible for a refund, please refer to their company returns policy and contact them directly, as we operate as separate entities.
How long does it take to process a refund?
- Refunds get credited back to your original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving your return.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your request within 7 business days, and you will be notified by email.
- If you have purchased our products from another retailer, please refer to their company returns policy and contact them directly.
